Reopening our Storefront (Friday June 11th)

It has been a long time coming, but we have finally been given the greenlight to re-open our physical store to the public. Although it will not be a full reopening, we are very excited to be on the return to normal operations!

The following restrictions will be in place when we re-open on Friday June 11th:

• Social Distancing and masks will be required

• We will be limited to 15% retail capacity, you may be asked to wait outside so that we do not exceed this

• The event/play room will be closed and not accessible to the public

• In order to help accommodate a larger amount of people and reduce physical contact, single card binders will not be available for browsing

• Trade-ins will be limited, larger trade-ins (10+ cards) must be submitted through our buylist tool online and will not be accepted in store otherwise

• You are encouraged to place larger orders online so that we can prepare them for you in advance, we have a free local pickup option that can help with this

We ask that you please remain patient and respectful to our staff during this period. There is nothing we would like more then to return to normal, however this must be done according to government guidelines.

We have lots of plans for events when we are able to hold them and are working tirelessly to prepare as much as possible for this.
