The air is feeling electric as we approach the 2026 World Championships, and we are ready to kick off the celebration early! Though similar to our weekly tournaments, this has some cup-like qualities: it does require a decklist and will also have a top-cut.

Participating Trainers will earn a Pokémon Trading Card Game promo card featuring Pikachu and a San Francisco-inspired background, while supplies last. Plus, at each location, winners from each age division—Junior, Senior, and Masters—will earn a copy of the promo card with “WINNER” stamped on it.

Entry Requirements: Entry to play is 8$ and will include a booster pack of Pitch Black

If you do not have a Pokemon Trainer ID, simply visit the Pokemon Trainer Club and register an account.

Event Structure: Pokemon TCG events are played in 30 minute, best of 1 style games. Events are also done using Swiss rounds, with the number of rounds being determined by the number of players in each division as follows:
4-8 Players: 3 Rounds of Swiss
9-12 Players: 4 Rounds of Swiss + Cut to Top 4
13-20 Players: 5 Rounds of Swiss + Cut to Top 8

Prizes: 1 Booster pack will be added to our prize pool for every 2 players who enter our tournament, these packs will be handed out to top performing players at the conclusion of the event.

Trainers who win a Worlds Celebration event in their division this year will receive a Worlds Celebration themed deck box and card sleeves to flex their next deck.
